What to expect from the visit
A proper consultation — not a quick look. The doctor examines you, explains what is going on in plain English, and treats you there and then.
- 1Arrival — the doctor comes to your room with a full kit. Typical arrival under an hour in Seminyak–Canggu, longer for Ubud or Uluwatu.
- 2Consultation — history, examination, vital signs, temperature and oxygen. Questions answered in English.
- 3Treatment — medicines and injections on the spot; IV drip if you are dehydrated; wound care or stitches if needed.
- 4After — written prescription, medical certificate and receipt. Follow-up message the next day; second visit if you are not improving.

How quickly can the doctor arrive?⌄
Usually within an hour in Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Canggu and Petitenget. Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Sanur and Ubud take longer depending on traffic. We give you a realistic time before you confirm.
Do you come at night?⌄
Yes — 24 hours, every day. Night visits are common (fevers, vomiting, sick children).
What does a visit cost?⌄
It depends on your area, the time of night and what treatment you need. We tell you the visit fee on WhatsApp before we come. Cash and card accepted.
Can you treat children and babies?⌄
Yes. We treat all ages and adjust medicines and fluids for weight. High fever in a small child is one of the reasons to call us immediately.
Do you bring medicines, or do I need a pharmacy?⌄
We bring the common medicines, injections and IV kit with us. For anything unusual we write a prescription and tell you the nearest pharmacy.
Will my travel insurance cover this?⌄
Most policies cover emergency and urgent medical care abroad. We provide an itemised receipt and medical certificate for your claim.
What if I need a hospital?⌄
The doctor tells you straight away, stabilises you, and arranges the transfer or ambulance. We do not delay serious cases.
